Reconsider your site layout and see if there is another way to allow users to quickly access relevant pages without using frames - especially if they are likely to print or bookmark any of these pages.
If you wish to use frames primarily because you have a repeating logotype or other element that you want to use just once, consider templates, cascading style sheets, an iFrame or a server-side include (ssi) instead.
